September Activities Report
The Relationship Revolution

Since the Kickoff six weeks ago, your agents have been busy, and so have we! Here’s an update on the results of our collaboration. Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions.

Training:

The sessions went very well, with lots of enthusiasm and good questions at all venues. These sessions have resulted in an FAQ which will be out later this month.

New Resources:

We advised the Relationship Masters that the requested CENTURY 21 Realty Group postcard templates with your logo (in Print-On-Demand) had been uploaded and were available for their use. Now they have a total of seven categories to choose from.

Confirming All Agents:

As you know, our goal is to confirm every associate at their selected level of participation. We’ve sent messages to all your agents who have not elected any membership yet, with a link to register. All have been offered the Master level at the Kickoff rate. We’ll let you know our progress in that confirmation process, as well as the participation level for each office.

Invitation Letters:

Every Master was sent instructions on how to confirm that their Invitation Letters and contacts were ready for the free printing that began October 2. As of today, we’ve heard from over 40 of them; they’ve loaded over 20,500 contacts!

Referral Cards:

Your Masters have also received the schedule for the Referral Cards Campaign, which will be our primary emphasis in the month of October. Each Relationship Master has received a communication from us with detailed instructions about how to get the most benefit from the Campaign, along with the two support documents we developed: A Top 100 Tracking form and our Referral Campaign Dialogue suggestions. We’re looking forward to hearing their comments in our conference call on 10/18.

COMING IN OCTOBER:
Broker/Partner/Manager Training:

During conversations at your conference at Lake Wauwausee, several of you asked about the availability of training so that you could answer questions brought to you by your agents. We’ll be announcing shortly our first Virtual Training Session, available at no cost to you, that you “attend” right at your desktop. You’ll be able to ask questions, which we’ll answer on the fly, as well as have access to the recorded session.

Self-Service Invitation Letters:

Previously, Invitation Letters had to be ordered from PropertySource Network and delivered to the member. While the one time printing of unlimited Invitation Letters promotion is still available to members when they confirm at the Relationship Master level, they will now have the ability to generate their own Invitation Letters in PDF format. That means that they can download the Invitation Letters and print them on their home printer or take them to a local print service.
